Our Location:
Situated in the quaint village of Drynoch, near Carbost, our location is centrally located between Skye’s largest towns, Portree (12 miles) and Broadford (18 miles) for convenient access to the many attractions Skye has to offer. This prime location not only guarantees some of the best views of the Cuillin range but also places you at the nexus of the island’s top tourist attractions, with top attraction like the the Fairy Pools and Talisker Distillery within 10 miles of the property.
The Isle of Skye is about 639 square miles in area.

- Fairy Pools: An enchanting series of clear, cold pools and waterfalls formed by the River Brittle. Known for their vivid colors and magical atmosphere.

Guest are able to use the entire house and surrounding garden. With a large lounge giving unparalleled views of wild Skye and the iconic Cuillin Hills Mountain Range, you will get to experience modern living in the heart of wild Skye, in a central location that provides excellent access to Skye’s widely spread attractions and activities.
With 4 modern bedrooms all with en suite bathrooms, modern kitchen and informal dining, utility room, spacious Living area, and formal dining room, the property is spacious and functional for up to 8 guests.

Free cancellation up to 90 day(s) before arrival, then 30% cancellation fee up to 14 day(s) before arrival, then 100% cancellation fee.
Dear Guest, our cancellation policy:
Free cancellation until 14 days prior to check-in. If booked less than 14 days before check-in, free cancellation up to 48 hours after booking. Beyond this period the amounts are non refundable.
If you wish to cancel the whole or any part of your booking and you notify us in writing (see our contact details below) 14 days in advance of your date of arrival, no cancellation fee will be charged, please note deposits are non refundable (unless stated differently at the time of booking). If cancelled within 14 days of your arrival date, or in the case of a no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. No refunds will be made for non-arrivals.
In the unlikely event we have to cancel or make a change to your accommodation we will use all reasonable efforts to contact you as soon as possible to explain what has happened and inform you of the cancellation or change. If possible, we will offer alternatives, but should these alternatives be unacceptable to you the booking will be treated as cancelled and we will refund any money you have paid to us within 14 days of any cancellation.
We shall not be liable for changes, cancellations or any other effect on your booking due to events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure), including (by way of example only and without limiting the generality of the foregoing) terrorist activity, industrial disputes, natural or manmade disasters, fire, and adverse weather conditions.
Please ensure you have travel insurance in place. As we are a property management company, we are under contract to our clients to pay in lines with the cancellation policy above.
